Received a few pieces of great news today.
First. Went to SGH for my scan result. Good, no abnormality found. But this just means that my brain needs to get used to the frequency imbalance in my ears automatically. That isn't a very good thing though. How long will it take then?
I was feeling very good until last week. Dizzy spells just came back to me all of the sudden. What exactly triggered it? Fatigue? Nervousness? Diet? Stress? All of it? I became very worried whenever I'm feeling like this. What should I do if I'm in Japan or studying in school? *sigh* Anyone please enlighten me. Show me the path to recovery....
Well, that said, it's still all good that I have no major problems internally. Come to think of it, I think I had done a full body check up since last year. Really everything; whatever you can think of...
Second. I received a mail from SIA at seven plus in the morning today, telling me that my waitlisted flight has just been confirmed. First thing came to my mind was, WTF.
LOL! Story is, I wanted to redeem my miles to Osaka on the 'Saver ticket'. However, since it's called Saver, meaning it's hardly available and you will be put on waitlist until someone cancels theirs. So weeks ago, I went down to SIA office to ask if there's a chance to get confirmed. That guy told me NO. Don't think so. Very hard. So with that, I went to redeem 'Standard ticket' (need more miles of course) and use some Amex points to convert to miles (paid 20USD for the conversion). Asked the SIA guy if I can increase my baggage allowance cause I'll be going for long. Again no.
SO now.. telling me I got accepted for the 'Saver ticket' ain't a good thing. That's why I called up KrisFlyer and resolved everything! So now I'm on 'Saver ticket' (have to pay 30USD for the change, damn) and got to increase my baggage allowance to 30kg!
Something in Chinese where they say used money to ward off bad luck...
PS: Happy Sweet Birthday to my lovely cutie niece! Wish you had fun in Genting and like the presents! Sorry girl, I'll go change the colouring pen first okay? =D
Yay! It's a public holiday today! And guess what, it's another public holiday tomorrow too!!! It's National Day!
Wow, it's rare that Singapore has this long holiday. I should enjoy and relax throughout this long break but I don't think I can. I have driving lessons to go for and need to revise my study materials. I really hope that I can pass my driving at first try. *Pray hard* Please pray for me too! And I need to score well for my placement test too! OMG, too many things to pray for...
Talking about break, it seems that my working counterparts have a week-long break over their side: Indonesia and Malaysia. Why don't we have it here?!?! We don't even have a week long break for Chinese New Year! Working too hard seems like wasting my life away. Life's short yea, we don't know what's going to happen the next moment so let's enjoy while we can! LOL. Oh and my HQ in Japan, they too have a week-long break. Nah, it's not for Hari Raya but their summer vacation. Seeeee! Japanese are known for workaholics but they do get their deserved break too!
Ahhh... where can I find a job where I don't have to work to get money? Yea I wish right... (T^T)
Anyway, last but not least, SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI to all the Muslims in the world.
Today was a sinful day.
Previously I had signed up for this company activity with my colleagues, thinking it would be such a waste if I had missed it. After the activity today, I felt guilty and sinful.
It was an 'ICE CREAM" event @ Udders where we learned how to make ice cream and ended it off with an ice cream BUFFET! Seriously, with so much different flavours of ice cream and toppings and whatever so in front of you, it was JUST SO HARD to resist all of them!!!
So in the end... my friends and I ate a total of 12 different flavours of ice cream + waffle + monster cone... Sigh. I feel that I've just gained a few more kilos... haven't I...

Argh, and I still hope to keep myself slim before I start my new journey!!!
P/S: A very happy birthday to my good friend who is currently in another part of the world! ♥
Wow, I didn't know it has been almost a year since I did my last posting! Anyway, I'm not going to update my life for the past one year so I'll just pick it up from here...
Well, I've always been writing about my personal life but it's gonna change from now! This post is actually about my ranting of an anime (I'm an anime lover yea) - BROTHERS CONFLICT aka BroCon.
To sum up, this anime is about the female protagonist whose dad is going remarried so she has decided to live with her 13 stepbrothers (Asahina Family) in order not to disturb the newlyweds.
No, I didn't write wrong - 13 brothers - and right, it's harem time!!!
ANYWAY, I like the Asahina Triplets (Tsubaki, Azusa, Natsume) the most out of these thirteen guys although I like Azusa and Natsume more. HOWEVER, the recent episode just made me hate Tsubaki!!! (◣_◢) Okay, not hate; just don't really like him that much anymore.
Why? Because his actions towards the female protagonist just totally turned me off! How could he do that to her!? I know they are not blood-related but stilllllllll!!! (#`д´)ノ To be honest, I'm totally fine with his extreme affections towards Azusa or the usual peck on the cheek or a hug but I can't accept that action to her! Pissed me off with this kind of storyline! o(-`д´- 。)
To think I'm still considering playing this game... Oh, did I mention this anime was originated from a game???

You like working and being alone. You like to avoid attention at all costs. You tend to keep to yourself, and not interact much with the people around you. You enjoy spending time with a few a close friends. You like to listen to others, but don't like sharing much about yourself. You are very quiet and private.
Went for a short getaway to Johor Bahru with my friends last weekend. Actually the main purpose is to buy contact lenses since I heard it's so much cheaper over there. However, with astigmatism person like myself, I already knew I would not achieve that purpose; afterall you will need to order and customize for astigmatism lenses.
As the things are really cheap there, my friend and I went for manicure and pedicure. That's a first for me. AND IT'S RIDICULOUSLY CHEAP. Like half of what you would pay in Singapore. So I did some nail arts there as well (another first time). My nails now are still in good shape!
Oh, we ended off the trip with a very delicious french cuisine. I felt like a rich tai tai - did my nails and ate good food. And for this whole trip, I spent less than a hundred dollar. Got a great deal.
While everyone went back to work on Monday, I was out with my friend for a "Japan tour". Was disappointed because we couldn't find the things nor the stores that we wanted. The only satisfaction was Cash Studio Family Karaoke!
My first time experience in a Japanese Karaoke in Singapore. Friend and I sang there for three hours straight, all in Japanese. Reminisced the days while I was in Japan so it was really fun. But one should not sing for that long because you will lose your voice as each hour passes. ^o^ Well, I believe we will go back there again next time, after she has learned how to sing LOUDER and know more songs...
Yea! My boss told me that my 8 days of leave in December have been approved!
Nippon, here I come (in December)! O(≧∇≦)O
