♥ Unspoken Wish ♥

◎ Will you grant my wish? ◎

Received a few pieces of great news today.

First. Went to SGH for my scan result. Good, no abnormality found. But this just means that my brain needs to get used to the frequency imbalance in my ears automatically. That isn't a very good thing though. How long will it take then?
I was feeling very good until last week. Dizzy spells just came back to me all of the sudden. What exactly triggered it? Fatigue? Nervousness? Diet? Stress? All of it? I became very worried whenever I'm feeling like this. What should I do if I'm in Japan or studying in school? *sigh* Anyone please enlighten me. Show me the path to recovery....
Well, that said, it's still all good that I have no major problems internally. Come to think of it, I think I had done a full body check up since last year. Really everything; whatever you can think of...

Second. I received a mail from SIA at seven plus in the morning today, telling me that my waitlisted flight has just been confirmed. First thing came to my mind was, WTF.
LOL! Story is, I wanted to redeem my miles to Osaka on the 'Saver ticket'. However, since it's called Saver, meaning it's hardly available and you will be put on waitlist until someone cancels theirs. So weeks ago, I went down to SIA office to ask if there's a chance to get confirmed. That guy told me NO. Don't think so. Very hard. So with that, I went to redeem 'Standard ticket' (need more miles of course) and use some Amex points to convert to miles (paid 20USD for the conversion). Asked the SIA guy if I can increase my baggage allowance cause I'll be going for long. Again no.
SO now.. telling me I got accepted for the 'Saver ticket' ain't a good thing. That's why I called up KrisFlyer and resolved everything! So now I'm on 'Saver ticket' (have to pay 30USD for the change, damn) and got to increase my baggage allowance to 30kg!
Something in Chinese where they say used money to ward off bad luck...

PS: Happy Sweet Birthday to my lovely cutie niece! Wish you had fun in Genting and like the presents!  Sorry girl, I'll go change the colouring pen first okay? =D

Yay! It's a public holiday today! And guess what, it's another public holiday tomorrow too!!! It's National Day!

Wow, it's rare that Singapore has this long holiday. I should enjoy and relax throughout this long break but I don't think I can. I have driving lessons to go for and need to revise my study materials. I really hope that I can pass my driving at first try. *Pray hard* Please pray for me too! And I need to score well for my placement test too! OMG, too many things to pray for...

Talking about break, it seems that my working counterparts have a week-long break over their side: Indonesia and Malaysia. Why don't we have it here?!?! We don't even have a week long break for Chinese New Year! Working too hard seems like wasting my life away. Life's short yea, we don't know what's going to happen the next moment so let's enjoy while we can! LOL. Oh and my HQ in Japan, they too have a week-long break. Nah, it's not for Hari Raya but their summer vacation. Seeeee! Japanese are known for workaholics but they do get their deserved break too!

Ahhh... where can I find a job where I don't have to work to get money? Yea I wish right... (T^T)

Anyway, last but not least, SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI to all the Muslims in the world.

Today was a sinful day.

Previously I had signed up for this company activity with my colleagues, thinking it would be such a waste if I had missed it. After the activity today, I felt guilty and sinful.

It was an 'ICE CREAM" event @ Udders where we learned how to make ice cream and ended it off with an ice cream BUFFET! Seriously, with so much different flavours of ice cream and toppings and whatever so in front of you, it was JUST SO HARD to resist all of them!!!

So in the end... my friends and I ate a total of 12 different flavours of ice cream + waffle + monster cone... Sigh. I feel that I've just gained a few more kilos... haven't I...

Stuff to make our ice cream
Part of our sinful contributors

Argh, and I still hope to keep myself slim before I start my new journey!!!

P/S: A very happy birthday to my good friend who is currently in another part of the world! ♥

Wow, I didn't know it has been almost a year since I did my last posting! Anyway, I'm not going to update my life for the past one year so I'll just pick it up from here...

Well, I've always been writing about my personal life but it's gonna change from now! This post is actually about my ranting of an anime (I'm an anime lover yea) - BROTHERS CONFLICT aka BroCon.

To sum up, this anime is about the female protagonist whose dad is going remarried so she has decided to live with her 13 stepbrothers (Asahina Family) in order not to disturb the newlyweds.

No, I didn't write wrong - 13 brothers - and right, it's harem time!!!

ANYWAY, I like the Asahina Triplets (Tsubaki, Azusa, Natsume) the most out of these thirteen guys although I like Azusa and Natsume more. HOWEVER, the recent episode just made me hate Tsubaki!!! (◣_◢) Okay, not hate; just don't really like him that much anymore.
Why? Because his actions towards the female protagonist just totally turned me off! How could he do that to her!? I know they are not blood-related but stilllllllll!!! (#`д´)ノ  To be honest, I'm totally fine with his extreme affections towards Azusa or the usual peck on the cheek or a hug but I can't accept that action to her! Pissed me off with this kind of storyline! o(-`д´- 。)

To think I'm still considering playing this game... Oh, did I mention this anime was originated from a game???

OMG! *Roll eyes*
(A&N) Still my best lovesss

Just found a personality/career test on my friend's blog. How true it is, why don't you try it yourself too?

Here's mine:

This description is a generalisation. If it rings true, you've found your career type.
You would be very happy in a career that utilised your level-headedness, and allowed you to work mainly on your own. You want a career that allows you to be creative, without having to be involved with lots of people. Some careers that would be perfect for you are:
Artist
Historian
Banker
Novelist
University Professor
Photographer
Vet
Paralegal
Graphic Designer
Online Content Developer
Webmaster
Producer
Managing Director
Nutritionist
Advertising
Nursing

You like working and being alone. You like to avoid attention at all costs. You tend to keep to yourself, and not interact much with the people around you. You enjoy spending time with a few a close friends. You like to listen to others, but don't like sharing much about yourself. You are very quiet and private.

You are very practical, and only act after thinking things through. You don't like being forced to answer quickly. You have to evaluate the situation completely. You make decisions based on what you can verify with your senses.

You like to be deeply involved in one or two special projects. You like to be behind the scenes. You are very logical and fair. You feel you should be honest with others and protect their feelings.

You trust your gut instincts. You are easily inspired and trust that inspiration. You are very innovative.  You analyse things by looking at the big picture. You are concerned about how what you do affects others. You worry about your actions and the future. You tend to use a lot of metaphors and are very descriptive and colourful in your choice of language.

You are very creative, and get bored easily if you don't get to express yourself. You like to learn new things. You don't like the same old routine. You like to leave your options open.

Finding a career that is right for you isn't always an easy thing. However, if you secure a job that is suited to your personality type you will enjoy going to work, feel great about yourself, feel appreciated and look forward to what's ahead.

This test was adapted from C. G. Jung's famous personality types.

Went for a short getaway to Johor Bahru with my friends last weekend. Actually the main purpose is to buy contact lenses since I heard it's so much cheaper over there. However, with astigmatism person like myself, I already knew I would not achieve that purpose; afterall you will need to order and customize for astigmatism lenses.

As the things are really cheap there, my friend and I went for manicure and pedicure. That's a first for me. AND IT'S RIDICULOUSLY CHEAP. Like half of what you would pay in Singapore. So I did some nail arts there as well (another first time). My nails now are still in good shape!

Oh, we ended off the trip with a very delicious french cuisine. I felt like a rich tai tai - did my nails and ate good food. And for this whole trip, I spent less than a hundred dollar. Got a great deal.

While everyone went back to work on Monday, I was out with my friend for a "Japan tour". Was disappointed because we couldn't find the things nor the stores that we wanted. The only satisfaction was Cash Studio Family Karaoke!

My first time experience in a Japanese Karaoke in Singapore. Friend and I sang there for three hours straight, all in Japanese. Reminisced the days while I was in Japan so it was really fun. But one should not sing for that long because you will lose your voice as each hour passes. ^o^ Well, I believe we will go back there again next time, after she has learned how to sing LOUDER and know more songs...

Yea! My boss told me that my 8 days of leave in December have been approved!

Nippon, here I come (in December)!
O(≧∇≦)O

*Note: A long post*

Time
passed really very fast. Half of Year 2012 had already gone by.

And this is exactly how long I've been suffering with regards to my health. First is my skin infection that has been daunting me since the start of the year. I'm currently still under going treatment; hopefully it will recover before December. (No, it MUST recover by all means.) I've already thrown thousands of money to treat it.  ( T o T )

I wish for a miracle.

Second is my gastric/stomach issue. Ever since I came back from India in April for a business trip - the place where I had food poisoning during my five-day stay, I had issues with my digestive system and/or gastric. Nausea, dizzy spell, loss of appetite and sudden feeling of uneasiness were like common matters in my life. Should I be happy that I had lost 3kg due to that? As a matter of fact, no, I totally couldn't function like a normal person. Seen many doctors and eventually consulted a specialist. After the first check-up, he told me to go for endoscopy (considered as day surgery) to check for infection/parasites. Didn't expect myself to go for a surgery as it meant a thousand over dollars need; hopefully I can claim some back from the company. (T.T) Well, at least now I'm feeling better, recovering since I'm on medication to build my gastric functions.

So what exactly happened to me? Doctor said there is no infection inside. He concluded that this is due to the food poisoning incident in India and the constant high stress level I'm getting...

My current job gives me many different kinds of exposure. I must admit that I've learnt alot from here. However, it is highly stressful as well. I will also like to clarify that being able to go on business trips frequently is not exactly a good thing. Especially if you are going to SEA region + India + Sri Lanka... (Because everyone seems to envy me for this point) You will get sick of travelling somehow...

I'm not sure if I will continue this job (I'll at least stay till this year end!). I feel like studying the language in Japan; afterall it's the best environment to master my language. But... where do I find THOSE kind of money to study there!? It costs a GRENADE just for a year! =.=

Apart from the bad health and stressful decisions to make, I'm so grateful to know that I've many true friends! One true friend - is good; many - is a miracle and bonus! I'm really glad to have them as my friends and helping me without asking for any returns. That's what true friends are for! Thank you for being my friend. ^o^

The day is finally coming.

Tomorrow will be the first day of work at the new company. How will it be like? Excited yet nervous.
Will it be the same as the old one? Are my colleagues gonna be friendly and helpful??

Hope everything is fine. Please let the new one be fun and enjoyable!

--------
Just touched down yesterday.

This time, the trip was only 5 days; unless you want to exclude the 2-days-of-flying. This short trip, I would say was not entirely enjoyable and fun. Time was limited, yes and he has to work as well. But what I was most sad about is the fact that the time with him wasn't well spent. Disagreement, misunderstandings and arguments were present; both of us were at fault, I admit. But impatience was what I saw from him this time.
I ask for a bit more patience, on my side.

Nevertheless, I'm glad to see him again before I start my job.

I could trust my intuition perfectly.

Although people told me that I could make it or have high chances, I've had always this bad feeling about my ***. Strongly denying this feeling of mine and wanting to believe others', I'd prayed hard for success.

Waiting for so long and finally gotten a mail this morning... When I saw it in my inbox, I knew what it would say. That's because, successful *** would have gotten a call directly instead of a mail. Reluctantly, I opened the mail and read the content.  It was what I'd expected.

So advice me on what I should do now. My wish can't be granted. Do I have other routes when this one has broken? No, as of now. In fact, I'm at a loss now. It gets even stronger when I know he's starting work in April. What would be my fate and our destiny?

Furthermore, my friend and I came to a topic on citizenship. What I have found out makes me reconsider the whole situation. That's one thing I have never thought of at the beginning.

On the other hand, maybe I should not bother so much about these issues at all. Because, I dont know what exactly he is thinking and feeling. Why do I have to do/sacrifice so much when I dont see him doing anything about closing the distance (that's my point of view though)?

Asking about my feeling right now? Think of all the negative emotions you can. Haha.

Last note, intuition - would go to such a length to prove it's right. Noted.

Finally, all of us counted down to the new year...

and here it is.. Year 2011.

HAPPY 2011 to EVERYONE!!! May it be a good year, (especially for me)!

明けましておめでとうございます!

Alot of people had asked me about my plans of counting down. Nope, I had no plans in counting down; didnt want to squeeze with people outside. Just when I thought that I would be counting down with my family at home, my phone rang. Wahahhahahha. First call was around 11:50pm but had to hang up 5 mins later due to bringing his dog back home. Second call was around 11:58pm. HEHE (so coincidentally) Just in time for the counting down (unplanned of course). Hence, theoretically I had counted down to the new year (Singapore timezone) with him~ Hehe

This year is an important one for me - It concerns my future. Hehe... I hope it will really work out for me but I haven't been preparing for it. Thing is, I don't know how to or what to prepare. Been telling myself that I MUST get it no matter what. Thus, put alot of pressure on myself, however become more troubled about being so stress. Someone please advice me!

I am really grateful for all my friends who have helped me up till now. I'm so glad to be able to meet them; though some have tested my patience. =P But overall they are still nice people to know! Hope our friendship continues for years to come.

Being with him in this current situation can be tiring and lonely at times... Always envy couples when walking down the streets. However ne..., it still brings happiness and sparks to my life~! Hahaha.. Have never regretted my choice. If given a chance to choose again, it would still be the same. =) Hope something good comes out of it in the end! 好きだ!o(^^o)(o^^)o わくわく

I don't feel like commenting on my work. Too much problems and troubles.

Anyway, Happy New Year; Happy 2011!

By the way, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DADDY! ♪Happy(。´_●`)ノ┌iiii┐ヾ(´○_`*)Birthday♪

It's the last day of 2010!

Counting down to 2011! What's your resolution?

Exciting year ahead! =D

MERRY CHRISTMAS!! Or rather happy boxing day, judging from the time now.

Had quite a few X'mas parties this year. Tiring but fun!

This year, X'mas day was spent in another way - at a friend's house. Gaming was the main activity in house where there were mahjong, monopoly deals, uno stacko, taboo, bang! and last but not least, not forgetting Wii (Raving Rabbids)! That was crazy, my right hand/arm is still aching from it. ~>.<~

Exchanging presents is a norm in X'mas. What have I received...? Chocolates but I don't eat (can't blame her though), Keychain which I don't use (no comments on that), Towel (not bad) and SCARFSSSss. Of all that I'd received, I would say I like the scarfs most. Reason being from the sender whom you know... HAHA!

Wishing that I could spend my X'mas with him but oh well, let's pray that I could do it next year due to the XXX. For now, I shall cherish the presents and the message which was sent at 11pm (24 dec). HAHA. Really appreciate his thoughts and actions for trying to send it at 12 midnight sharp. For him, yes he'd done it, but for me, erm... missed just a little, like an hour earlier? =D

I'm not complaining; it was a BIG improvement compared to the past. =P Just want to say...  adorable, isn't he? =X

Went out to 搵到食 in the afternoon with my family again for my early birthday celebration. Was pouring heavily when we reached. As the inner eating area is fulled, we took the outside tables. Nice table numbers we sat at! Table 15 & 11. =]

Half way through, suddenly I felt something crawling up my right foot. To my HORROR, it was a cockroach! WTH! SOON AFTER THAT, the FLOOR was INFESTED WITH the full generations! We had to lift our legs high up and eat our food. It was a terribly uncomfortable lunch. =[ Family said because it was pouring so heavily that they had to come out of their drain-homes. OMG. Thought that it was already over when we left the store... But when we cross over the road, opened our umbrellas  - sis, bro and his gf shared one umbrella and me and parents shared the other one - my father suddenly shouted cockroaches! Both mum and I kept searching the floor to see nothing and chided him to stop playing tricks on us. Then he pointed at the umbrella and we SAW TWO FREAKING BIG ONES inside! SHIT THEM! IF my dad didnt see them, we WOULD HAVE HAD THEM OVER OUR HEAD! *ahhhhhh

What an EXCITING lunch today. Hope everything will turn out fine tonight!

Today was a tiring yet enjoyable day.

Early in the morning woke up just to go to Ikoma for my mock test. Was pretty upset that I made some careless mistakes in the listening section. Listening section, can you believe it? Don't know how I managed to persuade myself to change from the right answer to the wrong one. Mind is so easy to manipulate when it is in a tense situation. *sighs* Anyway, it's a mock test. I SHALL AIM for full mark in the real exam! HAHA. I WISH.

Right after exam, meet up with JY and..... went to the anime fair or festival! HAHA. Queues were everywhere and long. I would say figurines seem like the main merchandises in there. To get into this particular stall, we had to queue for 1 hour 15mins which we DIDN'T buy anything at all. Cool isn't it? Firstly, they are expensive. Secondly, the anime and the products that I wanted just don't match with my wants. After that, we went into this Domo stall... Kim, you'll love this stall to bits. JY took a human size Domo photo. =) Well, we realized they don't only sell Domo stuff, but other animes as well... In the end, got myself a Nurarihyon pillow! HAHA. I'll take it as my birthday present. =P

After the fair, went to meet up with my family where we went to this Korean restaurant in East Coast Road for an advance celebration for my birthday. Nice food - Hotpot, BBQ chicken, Grilled Saba, BBQ pork with lettuce! =) I'm lazy to find out the Korean names for them. If anyone is interested, just ask me. =)

*Wonder are they going to celebrate for me this year since she asked for Monday?* Hmm.. Think I'll just keep my hopes low...

Woh! It seems like I've not been writing in here for months. Oh well, been busy and lots of things had happened during this period.

One of them being those annoying spammers in my chat box that I had to re-install it. Another was the arrival of my ダーリン! How I wish that could happen more often.

Most important matter during my disappearance from here was my *cough*. That matter means a lot to me which also allowed me to realize, in the process, the ones whom I can truly call a good friend. It was a long and tedious process. A big thanks to those who have helped me out!

Hope it turns out fine! *Will you grant my wish?*

Alright, I shall concentrate on my training now.

Happy Birthday Singapore!!! XD

Alright, how I spent my long weekends + public holiday was that I went to Malacca with my family for a short get-away. Just a two days one night trip. Well, hotel wise, because all other better hotels were all fully booked, we checked into this particular hotel. Don't feel comfortable; don't think I'll go back to that hotel again. HAHA.

Anyway, it was a tiring trip, afterall we drove up there for 4+ hours and another 4+ hours back. I believe we took up more time in travelling than sight-seeing. Went to the night market on our first night and it was splendid! HAHA. I meant we bought quite a few things - food + clothes + miscellaneous stuffs! We ate in some famous satay steamboat for dinner; though it was abit.... unhygienic (you'll know what I meant if you've been there) but the food tasted not that bad.

Did some sight-seeing and shopping mall-shopping the next day and ate chicken rice balls for lunch. After which we hurried back home in case of heavy jam. Surprisingly the customs cleared quite fast today. Was it because of national day? Oh well, Overall, I think it's not bad. At least it's better than JB/Genting for me. I would like to go again since i didn't get to SHOP much at all - only went to ONE night market and 1/10 of the shopping malls! What's more was that we didn't even finish combing that entire mall!

Just went for a H1N1 vaccine jab with my colleagues because I was told that the jab is sponsored by the company. Due to it, I went off 30 mins before my usual off time. HAHA. Cooool. Don't envy me. HEHE.

Yesterday had went to a friend's birthday celebration. It made me forgot all the stress and worries I had, thinking how I wished I didn't have to work today. But time flies, little did I know that it was that late and I should go home to have my beauty sleep. Fun night.

Today after work, finally had the time to check my mails and relax. First mail I saw caught me by surprised yet brightened up my day.
O(≧∇≦)O Little things are enough to get me contented and happy. Will it continue like that? I hope for that.

Next thing, I had been pestering my mum (well, not exactly pestering) about buying Magnum Gold. Commercial had been airing that for a while YET I don't see it anywhere I go!! How long has it been, 1 month or more? Anyway, I was just telling my colleague this afternoon that I'm still searching for my Magnum Gold. The same night, while drinking my Barley water, suddenly had this instinct that I would see MY Magnum Gold. Open the freezer and to my delight, INDEED IT'S THERE!!! *Allelujah x4*     What a Happy night!

To my disappointment, it didn't taste as good as I had expected it to be. Oh well, tried and done with it.

My instinct never goes wrong, that's what I believe. OF COURSE not till 100%. *DUH*

Just rebonded + cut my hair... the only thing i can comment is that it's a new look. so different from what you used to see me. OMG. How am i going to work on mon with this hairstyle. HAHA Although it's what I had told her to cut, but stillllllllll.

And it's not cheap.

Two weeks into my work and going into August month soon. Was then told that I won't be receiving my pay for this month yet. Was kinda surprised and disappointed. How am i going to survive Aug?

Somehow, I just couldn't click with my colleagues. The only one that I talk most is an intern who will be leaving next week. Can I survive then? Was it because they are older than me or there're just no common topics to talk. They are friendly but probably still needs some time before I warm up to them. Seems like a lot of them asked me how do I find this job, whether am I still sending resume, whether will I leave shortly, blah blah blah. Don't know why but it seems to them that I won't stay long in this job. IT'S TRUE. I won't stay long in this job or in fact it depends on my application.. but all that takes a year. If it fails, I'll see how long can I stay working in this company. Nine months are enough to determine my interest, they said... but nine months seems so far away.

Going home are work is a routine or an enjoyment for me. Seriously tired after a day of work with eyes staring at the PC whole day. Think my eyesight's getting worse. AND SHIT! I have GAINED freaking weight  in just two weeks. What the hell man.

All and all is just to say that "Dammit, I have no life and I need to find one".

OH WELL. Started my first job for one week now. What can I say. Not exactly what I had expected. In short, put it bluntly, I won't stay long in this company. Whether I would continue in this industry is another thing. However, I must say that I did learnt a lot from this job that's why I'm staying on before leaving. HAHA... not that I found a new job too when I didn't even do any job hunting now.

Instead, my aim at the moment - JET Programme. Not easy I heard. I REALLY hope I can get into this programme, when right now I've gotten the supports from everyone.

Also, went for my photoshoot today! Hate wearing that bonnet. Cant never look good under a cap/hat/beanie. Somehow I looked  older than my sis. =.= Hope the pictures will look good (two weeks later)!
